Ingredients
- 4 medium Boiled Potatoes
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Salt as per taste
- Sugar as per taste
Instructions
- Mashed Boiled potatoes.
- Add curd, salt and sugar as per taste and crushed peanut 1tsp (optional).
- Take a tadka pan/kadhai and add ghee. Once the ghee heated add cumin seeds and chopped green chilies.
- Add the tadka on previous curd potato mixture, mix well and serve.
