  • 4 medium Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • Salt as per taste
  • Sugar as per taste


  • Mashed Boiled potatoes.
  • Add curd, salt and sugar as per taste and crushed peanut 1tsp (optional).
  • Take a tadka pan/kadhai and add ghee. Once the ghee heated add cumin seeds and chopped green  chilies.
  • Add the tadka on previous curd potato mixture, mix well and serve.
